Macinteriors view the delivery service as a vital part of your experience with us, so we aim to make the experience as seamless as possible. Our experienced and trusted delivery team appreciate the quality of the products being delivered and treat them with care and consideration.
Delivery times may be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We always deliver goods as swiftly as possible and keep you informed of any delays if they arise.
UK mainland delivery is £50 flat rate on all products (unless stated on the product page). This service does not include installation and packaging removal, we are able to offer this service
As all our products are bespoke and specially made to order, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or the very unusual circumstance that the wrong product has been delivered. If a fault occurs, the first instance is to contact Macinteriors by email describing the issue and providing a photograph for us to forward to the manufacturer. We will respond as swiftly as possible and rectify the problem for you with a replacement or repair. All faults or issues should be emailed to email@example.com.
How long does it take to deliver?
Lead time is indicated on individual product pages and is the time the product will take to be delivered to you. If any changes occur with a delivery time, we will notify you.
How will I know what date and time you will deliver?
We will contact you to book in the delivery and give you a delivery day and time frame that works for you. We can communicate with our delivery team for updates on your delivery status should you require this.
What are my responsibilities prior to the order being placed?
It is your responsibility to make sure that the products ordered can fit into your property, through doorways, up the stairs, around corners etc. If a product cannot fit into the property, this cannot be refunded, so it is vital that the dimensions are checked prior to placing the order.
Do I need to check the goods upon delivery?
When goods arrive to you, it is your responsibility to check that everything has arrived in good condition, within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. This policy remains whether you are unpacking the goods immediately or choosing to store the goods until a later date, after 48 hours any claims are not valid. Therefore, it is essential the goods are examined within the 48-hour period.
Do you offer an assembly service?
We offer a full installation service, where the goods are delivered to a room of your choice, unpacked, assembled and the packaging taken away. We can offer a quote for this at anytime up to the point at which the delivery is booked in with you. At the time of the quote, we will require information regarding the details of the install such as location, parking restrictions and anything which may affect the delivery team being able to install the furniture for you.
Can you store my order until I can receive it?
We can store your goods until you are ready for them and can provide a quotation for you. The price depends on the size of the goods and how long you wish to store them for.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Bespoke orders are not liable for cancellation, though within 48 hours of the order being placed, we may be able to alter or cancel the order for you, this is only possible if the manufacturer has not yet put the order through their system and sent us a written confirmation. We will always do our best to accommodate you where we can. Your statutory rights are not affected.
